Lateral trend this when trade goes in determined corridor and not output for its borders.

Under lateral trend ( channel ) price financial instrument moves wave image upwards and downwards, in determined, fixed price range.

Given exchange strategy implies to buy ( BUY ) in bottom edge of the channel, and sell ( SELL ) in upper border of the channel, conversely!
The Foots ( Stop Loss ), for exception of the losses ( the minimum of the losses ), are put for border of the channel. If suddenly market will go against You ( геп or other unpredictable events ) You completely reduce the losses on minimum!
The Channels (lateral trend) at exchange trade be three types, let's see each separately and our strategy for each:
- A Horizontal channel (lateral trend ) most known and see its easier whole on graph. Under such channel we buy beside bottom edge of the price and shall sell beside upper, here all understandable.
- Rising channel ( trend ) under such flat only buy ( buy ), foots expose on lower to border of the channel.
- A Top-down channel (trend) under such position market shall only sell (sell ), foots expose on upper border of the channel.
